Customer Experience Improvements
- When accessing shared orders, users now have the option to choose which associate’s orders they would like to load.
- Automated report availability emails can now be sent to individuals with whom the account is shared. This is managed in the ‘Account Access’ tab of the ‘My Account’ menu.
- Final reports are available to download by right-clicking on the report number.
