With a strong belief that every test matters, you can rest assured we know the products we test are as important as the patients they represent.

Important Update: Portal Security Enhancements and Login Changes Effective September 9, 2024

Starting September 9, 2024, we’re implementing new security features and login updates to enhance your portal experience.
Key Changes:
  • Password Policy: Passwords will need to be updated every 90 days, with a minimum of 8 characters including both letters and numbers. Recent passwords cannot be reused.
  • Two-Step Verification: An additional verification step will be required for password changes. Two-factor verification will be done through a reset link sent to your email.
  • Unified Login: If you are a customer of both Nelson Labs and Sterigenics, you can now use a single set of credentials to access both the Nelson Labs portal and Sterigenics GPS Portal.

Shipment Arrival Emails:

Please note that starting from Monday, 18th March 2024, you will receive an additional email when your shipments arrive at the Salt Lake City location. This email will be automatically generated from Nelson Labs scanning your shipment into our system. It will include your tracking number and eSSF number. To ensure quick processing, please make sure that your eSSF label is on the outside of your packages. Your samples will then be added to our processing queue and sent to our labs for testing. We hope this service will provide you with better visibility to track your shipments. However, if you wish to opt out of these notifications, you can do so in your portal under "My Account".

 



We are excited to announce that we have made changes to our electronic sample submission form based on your suggestions!  These changes are highlighted below:

  • You can grant proxy rights to others, making it so they can complete and submit the eSSF on your behalf.

  • The eSSF will now auto-save to ensure you will not lose any data if you do not finish your form right away and a timeout occurs.

  • For Biocompatibility submissions, we have added some additional fields to ensure we process samples correctly for this specific testing.   

We do our best to listen to our customers and these updates are a result of that.  We hope these changes will make it easier for you to submit your samples.

Please be aware that this secure site will store a limited amount of report data.  Data is archived on a regular basis and it is important that you download your final reports.  If you need report data that you do not see on our secure site, the Service Center can help you find what you need.  Please email us at servicecenter@nelsonlabs.com with your request.
